It all started in 1980 when the Pajaziti family started building in Rome, Italy. Started as a small masonry and plastering company the company quickly grew to reputable turnkey contracting firm. Since 2015 the firm has expanded their services to South Florida providing the same attention to detail as when it first started.
Our secret to success is "PEOPLE" , we exclusively employ the best craftsman and vendors. Our attention to details shows in the work we deliver. We accept nothing less than perfect. We have worked for several projects throughout South Florida. Anything from Custom homes, auto dealerships, restaurants, shopping centers, hotels, schools and condo buildings.

Our Process
It all starts with our first Zoom call where we go over some preliminary questions to determine if we are a right fit for each other.
After we have decided to move forward, it will be necessary to develop the construction documents. These documents will be the tools we will use throughout the entire project. This documents will specify the dimensions, shape and building materials required to complete the project.
Once the construction drawings and documents have been fully developed, we will get to work with our vendors to get you a lump sum price of what it will take to turn your vision into reality.
When we have signed an agreement, permits will be filed with the local building department. At this stage we will ensure any questions or requested revisions to be monitored and answered promptly to avoid any delays.
Once the permit is obtained we will mobilize on site and provide you with weekly updates of the progress.
Once all work has been completed and final inspection is obtained we will apply for the Certificate Of Occupancy, which certifies that the structure is safe to be handed to the owner and makes it livable.
